1.How to get help

We are happy to help with anything related to Fairline — how the app works, a market or price that looks wrong, tracked picks, subscription and billing issues, bug reports, or privacy and data requests. The fastest way to reach us is by email:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the platform you are on (iOS or web), your device model and operating-system version, the app version, a description of what happened, and screenshots if relevant. If it concerns a specific market, tell us the event, the venue and roughly when you saw it. Please do not include passwords, betting-account credentials, or payment card details in your message.

Expected response time

We aim to respond to every request within 2–3 business days. Complex issues may take a little longer, and we will keep you updated if so.

Billing & subscriptions

Where you manage your subscription depends on where you bought it. Subscriptions bought on iOS are billed by Apple — view, change or cancel them in your Apple ID settings, and note that refunds for those are handled by Apple under its policies. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed through Stripe — manage or cancel them in the Stripe customer portal linked from your account. 2.Frequently asked questions

Is Fairline a sportsbook?

No. Fairline is a research tool: it takes no wagers, holds no funds and settles nothing. You place your own bets, at your own venues, in your own name. 21+.

Where do the prices come from?

Kalshi and Polymarket for prediction-exchange markets, The Odds API for sportsbook prices, and MLB StatsAPI and ESPN for schedules, game state and player data.

Why do fees change the answer?

Because an edge thinner than the fee is not an edge. Fairline prices each venue’s fees into fair value, +EV and arbitrage before anything reaches a feed, so what you see is what would be left after the venue takes its cut.

What does “beat the close” mean?

It compares the price you took against where the market closed. Consistently positive closing-line value is the strongest long-run evidence that a process has edge — stronger than the result of any one bet.

Can I use it today?

Not yet. Fairline is in development for iOS and the web, and there is no App Store listing to point you at. Email us and we will tell you when the trial opens.

A price looks different at the venue. Why?

Markets move, and feeds can lag or be briefly wrong. The venue’s own price is the one that counts — always check it there before you act on anything you see in Fairline.

Are the fair-value and EV numbers a guarantee?

No. Fair value, +EV and arbitrage figures are estimates produced by a model, and variance is real: a genuine edge can still lose over any given stretch. Nothing in Fairline is betting or financial advice.

Does Fairline see my bankroll?

No. Your bankroll, your Kelly fraction, your odds format and your US state stay on your device and are never uploaded to us. Your state is used only to build the right outbound betslip link.

What does the subscription cost, and is there a trial?

Pro is $19.99 per month or $199 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region and by store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed on iOS, cancel in your Apple ID settings — we cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you. If you subscribed on the web, cancel in the Stripe customer portal linked from your account.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app (Settings → Delete account), or by emailing us. See the Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions and what is removed.

3.Privacy & your data

You can read exactly what we collect, what never leaves your device, and who processes what in our Privacy Policy. You can remove your account and data at any time via the Delete Account page. For privacy-specific requests, email admin@elixirapps.xyz.

4.Responsible gambling

Fairline is for people aged 21 and over. It is a research tool, not an inducement to bet — bet only what you can afford to lose, and treat every figure in the app as an estimate rather than a promise.
